Service Description

One to one classes are designed for you and the things you'd like to work on. We will discuss briefly what it is you are hoping to achieve, or what you are currently struggling with, and I will design classes that we will work through together. These classes are an open collaboration and you have full agency over what we work on. There is never any need to disclose any personal information, these sessions are focused on your experience in the here and now. If you are interested in starting one to one sessions, fill out my contact form or send me an email at embodiedhealingyoga@gmail.com. I will follow up with some basic questions and send you a form to fill out which will detail your wants and needs for private sessions. Cancellation Policy

To cancel a class, please contact me up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel after 24 hours in advance, payment is still due.
